I got up late today and my body is feeling a little run down almost like I may be catching a cold. I still managed to kick myself out of bed and dressed to go to the gym. My workout routine consisted of barbell incline bench press, chest supported row, dumbbell overhead press and cable lat pulldown. Though it was very tough I was able to get through it as well as increasing some of my weight by 5 pounds.

I had Sea Cadets after work so it’s was a rest day for me.  Mind you, I ended up meeting up with friends at a bar and having a few drinks. Beer is my weakness I can’t seem to say no when offered.
