So it’s confirmed, I’m sick.

Talk about bad timing, the week I decided to start my training my body decided to clunk out on me. Even though I didn’t get to run this morning I was able to get myself into the gym after work for my day 2 leg workout. After my workout I sat in the sauna for about 20 minutes hoping that I can sweat this out as much as I can. I have several commitments this week and I don’t want to start off by disappointing people. Tomorrow I will be starting my first swimming lesson and I have been looking forward to this all week. Friday I have crossfit class that I have agree to do with a friend and this weekend I will be taking my first aid certification. I’m really hoping I feel better tomorrow after a good night rest.
