Let’s get cycling.

I’m happy to say I’m now a certified first aider. I am now feeling more confident about being knowing what to do if I find myself in a situation where someone may need my help.

I’m starting to feel better so I wanted to get my bike rollers all set up in my house so I can just hope on for a quick ride. To make it more exciting for me I have decided to set it up my rollers in front of my TV so I can watch an episode of “Game of Thrown” while I’m riding. I haven’t watched it yet, so this should motivate me to ride more and not stop till the episode is over. Just to get it going I started off watching and riding with the first episode and I really enjoyed it. It worked, I had a puddle of sweat on the floor and I was able to push myself to finish the show.

Now I’m looking forward to the next episode.
